As I have posted, but has not shown up yet, the complaint makes no sense to me. Makes for good talking points though. If you add production under an account, one or many meters, it has no effect on production or load (Multiple meters), any differently than a single user. Over production is over production, as long as CA does not have some crazy mufti-meter rules.
