The Smartstack energy storage platform from Fluence Energy<\/a> is now commercially available for grid-scale applications. Deliveries of the AC-based system are scheduled to begin in in Q4 2025.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Smartstack\u2019s patent-pending design strategically splits battery storage systems into units with easily transportable weight and dimensions, reducing shipping constraints and installation complexity. Onsite, the system maximizes project site density, delivering up to 7.5 MWh energy density when integrating 300-Ah generation batteries. This density is approximately 30% higher than currently available AC-based systems. The platform enables more megawatt-hour generation within existing project footprints, reducing costs and making previously constrained sites viable for storage project development.<\/p>\n

Smartstack reimagines energy storage design through a flexible modular architecture that can be tailored for varying market needs.
